It would just depend dude, I hate tryin to price somethin off just a sketchy idea. What I'm thinkin is probably totaly different from what you're thinkin ;)
Easier if we spoke face to face and got everythin clear and stuff..

Love the idea tho! More people should get bigger and more intricate tattoos!

Aye it's kindda true. the darker the skin tone, the harder it is to tattoo colour and detail.. I've heard of people gettin white ink tattoos? :P

Colour can be done, but as I said, it depends on the skin tone, and the artist too I guess. Maybe better to try n get a small on somewhere else first, in colour etc, n see how it goes from there? :P

Sure, cause bright colours is associated with death..
Your choice.

Personaly I'd go have a look at some work by Horiyoshi III, Horiwaka, Shad..... Countless of em, just use Google.
You'll see what a traditional Jap style backpiece/dragon is ment to look like, make your choice from there...

umm.. I am really not sure on that one, cause of the fact that it is a thing for my family and the people in my life that have died.

I was thinking color, but thats for the advice.
